Rabih Rizk
Holder of a Master's degree in Education from the Lebanese University, Rabih joined STARMANSHIP & Associates in 2007 as a trainer in public and in-house workshops.
Before joining STARMANSHIP & Associates, Rabih taught at Université St-Esprit de Kaslik for five years and delivered a large number of training workshops in numerous topics such as leadership, communication, time management, conflict resolution, argumentative skills, and teambuilding for several NGO's and private sector companies such as the Lebanese Red Cross, Solidarity Center, the Lebanese Trade Union Training Center, UNDP, and Mount Lebanon Hospital.
All the same, Rabih's facilitation style is far from lecturing and one way communication. Very participative, empathetic, fun, and concise are some of the adjectives given to him by participants. He is constantly eager to convey the necessary knowledge and skills to participants and to ignite their hearts with enthusiasm and commitment to their highest individual and organizational values. Rabih always insists on galvanizing the participants with inspirational words along with bringing them the latest ideas in business and the newest highly pragmatic tools.
