Rita Diab
Holder of a Master's degree in Business Administration and a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the Lebanese American University -Beirut, Rita joined STARMANSHIP & Associates in April 2006 as a trainer and facilitator for both public and in-house workshops.
Rita is actively involved in designing and working out training modules especially in the areas of Customer Service, Communication Skills, Selling Strategies, and Creativity.
With seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, Rita has a solid base that enabled her to deliver more than 100 training sessions, supported by practical service and sales experience.
Due to her strong desire for training, Rita delivers her workshops with full oomph, eagerness, and passion.
Knowledgeable, passionate, and humorous are the characteristics that describe Rita's approach and delivery skills.
